Architect Design & Execution

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Architect to manage projects from initial concept through on-site execution. You will create detailed 3D models and realistic renders, prepare accurate material and cost estimates, and oversee work on site to ensure high quality and timely delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Visualization

• Transform client ideas into functional floor plans, zoning layouts, and creative design concepts.
• Build detailed 3D architectural and interior models using Google SketchUp.
• Produce photo-realistic real-time renders and walkthrough animations using Enscape for client presentations.

Estimation & Assessment

• Conduct site measurements, structural assessments, and feasibility checks.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost projections.
• Keep project designs aligned with the approved financial budget without reducing quality.

Execution & Site Management

• Convert 3D designs into clear 2D construction drawings (GFC drawings) for site teams.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams on site.
• Check daily site progress to ensure work matches the approved design and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and on-site execution.
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape; working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Core Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and solid knowledge of building materials and local construction methods.
