Responsibilities

• Leading the projects and cooperating with stakeholders.

• Developing exterior and interior design guidelines for brand according to technological standards, construction law, and technical standards of the restaurant sector.

• Preparing exterior and interior designs of restaurants according to internal standards for the Starbucks brand.

• Coordinating and communicates the design process with other internal departments and stakeholders.

• Cooperating with local architects in reference to the design process of the particular restaurants.

• Monitoring and supporting the process of design implementation into realization with the cooperation of the Construction Project Manager.

Requirements for Candidate

• University degree in Architecture.
• Min. 2+ years of experience in the field.
• Very good AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop & MS Office skills.
• Good knowledge of English is a must.
• Visualization skills nice to have
• Knowledge of standards and norms of construction law.
• High level of planning and organizational skills.
• Detail orientation and creativeness.
• Ability to work in an international, fast-changing environment.
• Experience and knowledge of the foodservice sector will be an advantage.
