Ready to shape the future of AI-powered government services?

As an Architect , you'll play a key role in transforming MITA's digital services, with a strong focus on evolving the MITA Chatbot into an intelligent, AI-powered digital assistant . You'll explore emerging technologies, multi-agent architectures, and conversational AI to deliver smarter, faster, and more intuitive user experiences.

Leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Contact Centre, and Power Automate , you'll design innovative solutions that enhance automation and redefine how clients interact with government services.

Beyond AI, you'll contribute to modernising MITA's Request for Service (RFS) platform and internal ticketing systems, using technologies such as K2 Five, SQL, and C# to improve efficiency and service delivery.

You'll also drive research and development initiatives, turning innovative ideas into practical, scalable solutions.

Eligible candidates will hold either of the following combinations of qualifications and/or experience, related to ICT.

Either:

i. An ICT degree (MQF Level 7 or higher); OR

ii. An ICT degree (MQF Level 6) AND 1‐year experience in an ICT related area; OR

iii. An ICT diploma (MQF Level 5) AND 3 years' experience in an ICT related area; OR

iv. An ICT diploma (MQF Level 4) AND 4 years' experience in an ICT related area; OR

v. Five years' experience in an ICT related area.
