Architect

Job Purpose Responsible for leading and coordinating the architectural design and development of residential, villa, and home-development projects from concept through construction and handover. The role ensures that designs meet client requirements, approved drawings, applicable UAE regulations, authority requirements, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, detailed designs, and construction drawings. Prepare architectural layouts, elevations, sections, details, and schedules. Coordinate architectural designs with Civil, Structural, Electrical, MEP, and other consultants. Review drawings and identify design conflicts before construction. Prepare drawings and documents for submission to relevant authorities. Coordinate with Municipality, ADM, DM, Trakhees, or other applicable authorities. Attend authority meetings and address technical comments. Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction follows approved designs. Review contractor/shop drawings and material submissions. Coordinate design revisions with clients and consultants. Prepare as-built drawings and documentation for project handover. Monitor design-related issues and provide practical site solutions. Maintain proper architectural documentation and revision control.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent recognized qualification. Home Country License mandatory. Minimum 3 5 years UAE experience in residential, villa, or home-development projects is mandatory. Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit . Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction materials. Strong coordination and communication skills. Valid UAE Driving License.
