Architect

We are looking for a talented Architect to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, working drawings, client coordination, and site coordination for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

● Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

● Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models/visualizations.

● Coordinate with clients, engineers, draftsmen, and site teams.

● Conduct site visits and resolve design/construction issues.

● Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP requirements.

● Assist with building permit drawings and project documentation.

● Ensure designs are practical, accurate, and construction-ready.

Requirements

● B.Arch/D.Arch qualification.

● 1–3 years of relevant experience.

● Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

● Knowledge of Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray/Revit is an advantage.

● Good understanding of construction methods and materials.

● Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

● Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.
