Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architect to join our design team, bringing visionary ideas to life through exceptional architectural solutions. As an Architect, you will lead the development of comprehensive design concepts, oversee construction documentation, and ensure projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards. Your expertise will drive sustainable design practices, compliance with building codes, and seamless project execution from conception to completion. Duties

• Develop innovative architectural designs utilizing advanced CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and Rhino 3D, ensuring alignment with client visions and project requirements
• Create detailed construction drawings, construction detail documentation, and 3D models using tools like 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, and SketchUp to visualize concepts effectively
• Conduct building code analysis and ensure all designs comply with local construction accessibility regulations and regulatory standards
• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and consultants through negotiation and clear communication to facilitate smooth project workflows
• Prepare high-quality renderings and visualizations using Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and client approvals
• Oversee construction management activities including site visits, quality control, construction accessibility compliance, and renovation oversight
• Draft comprehensive construction management plans, contracts, and project management documentation to streamline project delivery

Experience

• Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in sustainable design principles and building information modeling (BIM) tools such as Revit or NavisWorks
• Extensive knowledge of construction management processes including scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and contract administration
• Hands-on experience with construction drawings, regulatory compliance including building codes and accessibility standards, and construction detail documentation
• Skilled in 3D modeling for architectural design using Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, or similar software for innovative visualizations
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite for presentation materials and renderings
• Strong understanding of interior design principles relevant to architectural projects and renovation work
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with business development acumen to foster client relationships and expand project opportunities

Pay: $134,900.00 - $155,000.00 per year
