Architect

SIMEX Bangladesh is looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our team on a full-time basis at our head office. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.

Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Education:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). Graduates of KUET, BRAC University, AUST, CUET and the University of Asia Pacific will get preference

Experience:

Minimum 3 years, preferably in an Architecture Firm, Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, Real Estate, Steel, Power or Technical Infrastructure

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp Lumion, Adobe Photoshop
• Membership of IAB (Associate/Full)
• Experience in preparing RAJUK Drawings, Documentation, and Drawing Approval
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and manage project responsibilities independently when required
• Willingness to conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients and understand project requirements
• Develop architectural design concepts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required
• Ensure design quality and project coordination throughout different stages of development
