Architect

• Develop building designs and architectural plans based on client requirements.
• Prepare drawings, layouts, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion or enscape.
• Discuss project needs, budget, and design ideas with clients.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure the design follows building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and designing team.
• Select suitable construction materials and finishes.
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure work follows the design.
• Solve design or construction problems during the project.
• Review and approve contractor drawings and project documents.
