Architect

Key Responsibilities  Develop and coordinate architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.  Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.  Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and suitable for site execution.  Develop design details, material specifications, and finish details.  Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors.  Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and design intent.  Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues at site.  Take site measurements and incorporate site conditions into drawings where required.  Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other consultants.  Review shop drawings and contractor drawings and provide necessary comments/approvals.  Assist in material, finish, colour, and sample selections.  Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure the correct execution of design details.  Attend client and site meetings and communicate project updates professionally.  Track project progress and coordinate with the team to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.  Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and approvals.  Ensure proper coordination between design, drawings, procurement, and site execution. Required Skills & Qualifications  4 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, interiors, or design & execution.  Degree/Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch preferred) from a recognised institution.  Strong knowledge of architectural and interior drawings.  Excellent understanding of plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.  Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, carpentry, flooring, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, and other services.  Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.  Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software and rendering software is an advantage.  Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel for project coordination and documentation.  Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
