Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and design-oriented Architect (4+ years experience) to join our growing team. The role offers hands-on exposure to live projects from concept to execution, with opportunities to contribute to design development, documentation, and coordination under the guidance of senior architects.

This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn, add value, and evolve into well-rounded professionals within a structured yet creative studio environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design development and execution of real estate projects from concept to completion.

Provide design leadership, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and practical design solutions.

Manage and oversee multiple real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.

Promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Ensure adherence to technical standards, codes, and best practices across all project stages.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.

Review drawings, details, and documentation to maintain quality and accuracy.

Support in decision-making related to design, materials, and project strategies.

Software & Technical Skills

• AutoCAD – Advanced proficiency (mandatory).
• SketchUp / Rhino – For 3D modeling and Design Exploration.
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – For Presentations & Project Documentation.
• MS Office – Presentation, Documentation and Coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM tools (Revit) is an added advantage.

Desired Profile

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Strong expertise in design development, project execution, and team leadership.

Proven experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, building codes, technical standards, and industry best practices.

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong coordination, communication, and client management skills.

Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Capable of fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
