Architect

What will you do as a Architect at 4PS? As a Architect at 4PS, you will help define the technological direction and architecture of 4PS Construct. You will make key technical decisions, contribute to managing the product backlog with a focus on architectural enablers, and ensure that new features align with the maintainability, scalability, and security of the platform.

You will act as a strategic sparring partner for architecture leads within Product Development and oversee all integration efforts, both with third-party systems and other Hilti Construction Software products, to build a future-proof and cohesive software portfolio.

In addition to Business Central expertise, experience with other Microsoft technologies and solutions such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, AI Foundry, and similar frameworks is considered a strong differentiator.

Your Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior technical leadership role or a similar capacity within the SaaS or enterprise software domain.
• Solid experience (5-8+ years) with Microsoft Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV).
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies and solutions such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, AI Foundry, and similar frameworks is a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of business management systems, cloud-based and cloud-native architectures, and system integrations required to build a connected product portfolio.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles.
