Job Description

We are seeking competent and creative Architects to join our growing design team. The successful candidates will contribute to the full project lifecycle, from concept development and detailed design to construction administration, across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

The ideal candidates must possess strong architectural design and technical documentation skills, proficiency in Autodesk Revit, and demonstrated experience using Building Information Modelling (BIM) on live projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design schemes, and detailed drawings in line with client briefs and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare working drawings, technical details, and construction documentation to professional standards.

• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other consultants to ensure effective design integration.

• Conduct site visits, monitor contractors, and prepare site reports during construction.

• Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project reviews.

• Support the preparation of feasibility studies, design proposals, and tender documentation.

• Ensure project deliverables comply with ARCON and NIA standards and relevant building codes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Five to six years of post-NYSC professional experience in an architectural practice.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with demonstrated BIM experience on live projects.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion or Enscape is an added advantage.

• Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and building services coordination.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
