ARCHITECT

About the role

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in developing architectural designs, preparing plans and drawings, coordinating with the engineering and construction teams, and ensuring that projects meet design requirements, building standards, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
• Assist in developing architectural designs and design concepts based on project requirements.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, contractors, and other project personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and verify actual site conditions against approved plans.
• Assist in reviewing plans, specifications, and construction details.
• Ensure that designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing material specifications, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project implementation to ensure that construction follows approved architectural plans.
• Perform other design- and construction-related duties assigned by management.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect is preferred; candidates who are not yet licensed may also apply for an appropriate entry-level position.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or other architectural design software is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work at the office and visit project sites as required.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the project team.
