We are looking for a creative and skilled Architect to join our team. Job Responsibilities - Design residential, commercial, and real estate development projects. - Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and layouts. - Develop 2D and 3D designs according to project requirements. - Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software. - Coordinate with civil engineers, interior designers, contractors, and project managers. - Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and project progress. - Ensure designs meet applicable building regulations and safety standards. - Assist in material selection, space planning, and design optimization. - Modify drawings and designs based on client requirements. - Maintain project documentation and design records. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or a relevant field. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software. - Knowledge of building planning, construction materials, and architectural standards. - Strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on their skills and qualifications. - Professional registration, where required for the role, is preferred.
