About the Role

We're looking for a creative and technically strong Architect to join our design team, working on commercial office and corporate interior projects from concept through to execution. You'll develop design concepts and working drawings, coordinate closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams, and ensure projects are delivered as per approved design, quality standards, timelines, and budget. This is a fully on-site role based out of our Andheri East office.

What You Will Do

1. Develop design concepts, space planning, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and interior elevations for commercial office projects
2. Prepare detailed architectural/interior working drawings and review vendor/contractor shop drawings
3. Coordinate on-site with Project Managers, Site Engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve design and execution issues
4. Coordinate architectural/interior drawings with MEP services (HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, lighting) and flag clashes
5. Finalize materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures; maintain material specifications and finish schedules; verify site work against approved samples
6. Support the QS/estimation team with BOQs, quantities, and value engineering options
7. Attend client meetings, present design concepts and proposals, and incorporate client feedback into revisions
8. Maintain drawing registers, revision records, RFIs, and design documentation

What We're Looking For

1. 5-8 years of experience in commercial office interiors / corporate interior projects (100% commercial/corporate background required)
2. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
3. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting) and MS Office
4. Hands-on experience with rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or Enscape
5. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
6. Strong site coordination, client-handling, and BOQ preparation skills
7. Based in or willing to work fully on-site in Mumbai (Andheri East)
