Architect RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

ROLE PURPOSE

AGASA is looking for a highly responsible Design & Execution Coordinator who can take ownership of residential projects from understanding client requirements design development detailed working drawings consultant coordination client revisions site execution support.

We are looking for someone who understands design, construction, detailing and execution and takes responsibility for delivering a complete and buildable drawing package.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Design

• Understand client lifestyle, functional, aesthetic, budget and future requirements.
• Convert client requirements into practical and attractive residential designs.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, faade and architectural details.
• Present designs to clients and incorporate approved changes.

Working Drawings

• Prepare complete, accurate and execution-ready architectural working drawings.
• Develop detailed plans, sections, elevations, door/window schedules, staircase details, toilet details, kitchen layouts, flooring, ceiling, faade and construction details.
• Ensure drawings contain sufficient dimensions, levels, specifications and references for site execution.

Coordination

• Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural, MEP, Interior and other consultants.
• Identify clashes between architecture, structure, electrical, plumbing and interiors before execution.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to ensure constructability.

Site & Execution Support

• Clarify drawing-related issues raised by the site team.
• Visit sites when required and resolve execution-related design issues.
• Issue revised/detail drawings wherever required.
• Ensure the approved design intent is correctly executed at site.

Drawing & Revision Control

• Maintain drawing registers, revisions and approvals.
• Ensure only the latest approved drawings are available at site.
• Check every drawing for dimensions, levels, coordination and completeness before issue.
• Minimize site errors, rework and execution delays caused by design/documentation gaps.
