Role Description The Architect at SRAA3 will design and oversee residential and small commercial projects, ensuring functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces aligned with client requirements and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts and drawings, coordinating with construction teams and service specialists, and reviewing plans for feasibility, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand needs, refining designs based on feedback, and supporting project execution from initial concept through completion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, requiring close coordination with local teams and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including planning, space optimization, and aesthetic detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they apply to architectural tools and systems, including familiarity with design software and digital workflows.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and comfort with collaborating in digital project environments.
• Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with appropriate professional certifications or licensure preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices in Chandigarh and surrounding regions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, with capacity to work on-site and interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
