Role Description The Architect will be responsible for leading and supporting architectural design across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects, from concept to completion. Day-to-day work includes developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with project consultants, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. The role involves collaborating with interiors and landscape teams, assisting in material selection, and contributing to project planning, cost considerations, and quality reviews. The Architect will participate in site visits, construction supervision, and coordination with contractors to resolve design and technical issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development, space planning, and design detailing.
• Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and strong integration of these tools into the design workflow.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timelines, and quality-focused execution.
• Ability to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior systems, ensuring coherent and buildable solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
• Strong technical drawing skills, understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and project stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to work on-site, conduct regular site visits, and adapt to project needs.
