Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 4 years of experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects while ensuring compliance with architectural standards, statutory regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed design documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and project stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Assist in concept development, space planning, façade design, and design optimization for real estate projects.
• Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approval requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Support the preparation of presentations, BOQs, material specifications, and design reports.
• Coordinate with authorities and consultants for obtaining approvals and statutory clearances.
• Identify design discrepancies and provide practical solutions during project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) preferred.
• 4-12 years of relevant experience in residential
• Required Skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of building bylaws, DCR regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
