Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 2–4+ years of professional experience in architectural design, 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and visualization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino 3D, and Lumion, along with a strong understanding of architectural planning, design development, and presentation.

The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing technical drawings, creating 3D models, and producing high-quality visualizations while ensuring design accuracy and project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D architectural models and design concepts using SketchUp and Rhino 3D.
• Produce realistic architectural renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations using Lumion.
• Translate design concepts into practical and visually appealing architectural solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, interior designers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review drawings and models to ensure accuracy, design consistency, and compliance with project specifications.
• Make design revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Assist in material selection, design detailing, and presentation preparation.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• AutoCAD: Strong knowledge of 2D drafting, architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• SketchUp: Proficiency in 3D modelling, conceptual design, and architectural visualization.
• Rhino 3D: Experience in 3D modelling, complex geometry, and developing architectural forms.
• Lumion: Ability to create realistic renders, lighting setups, material finishes, landscapes, and architectural walkthroughs.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, proportions, and construction detailing.
• Good visualization, creativity, problem-solving, and design interpretation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 2–4+ years of relevant professional experience in architectural design.
• Practical working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino 3D, and Lumion.
• A strong portfolio showcasing architectural projects, 3D models, and rendered visualizations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
