WE’RE HIRING! | ARCHITECT – VISHWARCHITECTURE
VishwArchitecture is looking for an experienced Architect to join our growing design studio in Hyderabad.
We have an immediate requirement for a Commercial Complex / Two-Screen Mall project and are looking for someone who can independently handle architectural design development, 2D working drawings, 3D visualization, and coordination with structural and MEP consultants.
Role & Responsibilities
- Architectural Design Development
- 2D Plans, Sections, Elevations & Detailed Working Drawings
- 3D Modelling & Visualization using SketchUp and Lumion / D5 Render
- Structural Consultant Coordination
- MEP Consultant Coordination, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire services
- Construction Documentation & Drawing Coordination
- Design Presentations and Client Coordination
- Site Coordination Support, as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 5–7 Years of Professional Experience
- Strong Architectural Design & Planning Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Experience with Lumion or D5 Render
- Practical knowledge of structural and MEP coordination
- Ability to develop designs into detailed, coordinated drawings
- Good Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience in Commercial Buildings, Multiplexes, Shopping Complexes or Large Residential Projects preferred

Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Studio-based; Hybrid / Remote options can be discussed depending on experience and project requirements.
Salary: Based on experience, skills and portfolio.
