Architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to oversee architectural design, space planning, construction documentation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
• Develop space planning and design concepts based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and material requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and implementation of approved designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software.
• Knowledgeable in building construction, materials, and project coordination.
• Strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects.in building renovation, commercial properties, and property development.
