What they need
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings. Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models as per project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure execution is as per approved drawings and designs.
Prepare and modify drawings based on client requirements and site conditions. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of drawings and project documentation.
Assist in material selection, design development, and project detailing.
Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues at the site.
Maintain proper documentation and revision records of drawings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
