Architect/Project Manager

About the Opportunity: You will work directly with the Principals of the firm on various architectural projects.

Qualifications: This is a full time position for an individual with the following qualifications: * Must have minimum 5 years architectural experience * Professional architecture license in the State of New Jersey for a minimum of 1-5 years * Knowledge of mechanical systems for various spaces between 2000 SF and 20,000 SF * Knowledge of electrical distribution * Understanding of plumbing layouts and piping diagrams * Skilled at new and renovation work and working with wood, steel and masonry * Good detailing capabilities * Experience coordinating multiple trades and building systems * Skilled at shop drawing review * Construction observation experience a plus * Experience in currently utilized versions of AutoCAD (2024) and working knowledge of Revit
