Job Title: Architect

Location: Costa Mesa, California (Hybrid)

Shift: 8am-5pm, flexible as needed

Job Summary: We are supporting a company seeking a detail-oriented professional to help maintain accurate space, occupancy, and floor plan data across workplace systems. Our team is looking for someone who can combine analytical thinking, CAD and spatial data support, and strong reporting skills to help drive better workplace and real estate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update space, occupancy, and floor plan data across workplace systems to ensure records remain accurate and aligned with established standards.
• Perform data audits and validation checks to identify discrepancies, improve quality, and protect the integrity of space-related information.
• Support CAD and related spatial data management used for workplace planning and portfolio reporting, including coordination with space planning and facilities teams.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visual outputs that help stakeholders understand occupancy, utilization, and workplace trends.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Facilities Management, Data Analytics, Geographic Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of experience in space data management, CAD administration, workplace analytics, occupancy planning support, or a related corporate real estate or facilities environment.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and familiarity with floor plan data, drawing standards, and spatial record management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, experience working with large data sets, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Understanding of industry standards such as BOMA, IFMA, or IPMS.
• Experience with IWMS or CAFM platforms such as Archibus, TRIRIGA, FM:Systems, Serraview, OSIS, or similar tools is preferred.
