Senior Architect

(Architecture & Interior Projects – End-to-End Project Management)

We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural and interior projects from concept to completion. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, design development, site coordination, vendor management, documentation, and overall project execution while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle complete architectural and interior projects from design stage to final handover.

* Lead client meetings, understand requirements, present concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and design proposals.

* Prepare and review CAD drawings, working drawings, sketches, layouts, and design presentations.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, builders, consultants, and site execution teams.

* Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution quality, timelines, and design implementation.

* Manage and supervise junior architects and support teams for smooth project workflow.

* Ensure proper documentation of drawings, BOQs, quotations, approvals, site reports, and project files.

* Maintain regular updates through WhatsApp groups, emails, reports, and internal communication channels.

* Follow up on project progress, material selections, vendor coordination, and client approvals.

* Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.

* Resolve project execution issues and provide practical on-site solutions.

* Maintain professional client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of architecture, interiors, materials, and execution processes.

* Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, presentation preparation, and design coordination.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong documentation and reporting abilities.

* Good understanding of vendor management, BOQs, and site execution.

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

* Minimum 3–6 years of experience in architecture/interior project management.

Job Description – Junior Architect

(Architecture & Interior Design Coordination)

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Architect to support the design and execution team in handling architectural and interior projects. The candidate will assist in design development, site coordination, documentation, client interactions, and project follow-ups while ensuring timely execution and organized workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in preparing mood boards, design concepts, CAD drawings, sketches, layouts, and presentations.

* Support senior architects in managing interior and architectural projects from start to completion.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, builders, and site teams for day-to-day project activities.

* Attend client meetings and assist in design discussions and presentations.

* Visit project sites to monitor work progress and maintain execution updates.

* Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawings, quotations, material details, and reports.

* Ensure all project files, approvals, and communication records are organized properly.

* Provide timely updates through WhatsApp messages, emails, and internal reports.

* Follow project timelines and assist in ensuring works are completed as scheduled.

* Coordinate material selections and assist in vendor follow-ups.

Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of architecture and interior execution.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and presentation preparation.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail and documentation management.

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

* 0–3 years of experience in architecture/interior projects preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
