Architect- Core Architectural Design ,Large-Scale Projects

Sri Sumeru Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for talented architects across experience levels with strong expertise in core architectural design and large-scale architectural projects. We welcome applications from professionals with experience in reputed architecture firms, real estate developers, and independent architectural practices.

The opportunity is open to both full-time candidates and freelancers who can contribute to the planning, conceptualization, design development, and technical detailing of large-scale residential, institutional, educational, hospitality, and landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to architectural concept development, space planning, schematic design, and detailed design.
• Design large-scale residential, institutional, educational, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Develop master plans for campuses, residential communities, and large land parcels wherever required.
• Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, detailing, and design documentation.
• Translate concepts and sketches into practical, climate-responsive, and functional architectural solutions.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
• Support statutory approvals, technical reviews, and design coordination as applicable to the role.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during construction, where required.
• Maintain design intent, technical accuracy, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Senior professionals will also contribute to design leadership, consultant management, mentoring, and independent project ownership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Strong foundation in core architectural design, planning, and design development.
• Experience in large-scale architectural projects, with a portfolio demonstrating individual contributions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools is desirable.
• Understanding of working drawings, GFC drawings, construction materials, detailing, and execution.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and translate design concepts into executable solutions.
• Strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and attention to detail.

Experience Requirements

• 25 years: Architectural design development, planning, drafting, detailing, and project coordination.
• 612 years: Independent design development, large-scale project handling, technical documentation, and consultant coordination.
• 13–25 years: Architectural design leadership, master planning, complex project ownership, technical reviews, and team or consultant management.

Experience requirements and responsibilities will be aligned with the candidate's seniority and project exposure.
