Job Summary:

PAARK Business Consultants is looking for a qualified and experienced Architect – CSA 1 for a leading player in the Data Center and Mission Critical Infrastructure domain based in Hyderabad. The candidate will take ownership of architectural design documentation, CSA-MEP clash coordination, and BIM-based delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop concept, schematic, and detailed construction/GFC drawings for large-scale Data Center facilities.
• Prepare architectural site plans, building layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Drive multidisciplinary design coordination across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV trades.
• Work in Revit Architecture and Navisworks environments to resolve inter-service clashes on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
• Scrutinize external vendor shop drawings and architectural material submittals for technical compliance.
• Ensure designs strictly align with NBC, IBC, NFPA codes, and local building regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive architectural specifications, tender/GFC BOQs, and material schedules.
• Represent the architectural package in client/consultant coordination and technical progress meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and technical detailing.
• Domain: Minimum 2+ years of exposure to Data Centers, Mission Critical facilities, or high-tech industrial manufacturing plants.
• Software Tools: AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Navisworks, Autodesk BIM 360 / ACC.
• Codes: Working familiarity with NBC, IBC, NFPA, and local municipal bylaws.
