Architect Design Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design development and design coordination.
• Review and produce architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and landscape teams.
• Sign and certify architectural drawings for projects.

Requirements:

• Thai nationality with a degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years in Design Development Management and 3+ years of hands-on architectural drafting.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, structural, and landscape coordination.
• Valid Senior Architect License or higher is mandatory. Associate Architect license is not accepted.
• Willing and legally qualified to sign and certify project drawings.
• Good command of English.
