What they need
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect (preferred or required, depending on project needs)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in railway, transit, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Autodesk Revit
- STAAD (or other structural coordination tools)
- AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of building codes, transport facility standards, and accessibility regulations
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination (civil, structural, MEP)
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Job Description
- Review and evaluate existing architectural designs and plans
- Lead and manage the architectural redesign of the Senate Station
- Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design integration
- Direct and oversee the work of station architecture assigned to sub-consultants
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulatory codes
- Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues during project development
