Architect Designer

White Tusker Pvt Ltd. is actively seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of professional experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design conceptualization, space planning, and high-quality 3D visualization. You will play a crucial role in taking projects from initial client briefs through to final site execution, requiring excellent technical skills and seamless communication with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Conceptualization: Develop innovative, aesthetic, and functional architectural concepts and interior designs that align with the client’s vision and budget.
• Space Planning: Create highly efficient and optimized spatial layouts for [residential, commercial, or institutional] projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.
• 3D Modelling & Rendering: Produce highly detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
• Working Drawings: Prepare comprehensive architectural layouts, elevations, and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings for flawless on-site execution.
• Site Coordination: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure the construction aligns with the approved designs, and resolve any on-site technical queries.
• Client Coordination: Act as the primary design point of contact for clients. Present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Collaborate seamlessly with MEP consultants, structural engineers, contractors, and material vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Availability: Must be available to join immediately.

Key Technical & Soft Skills

• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or Revit). Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and detailing.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and site teams.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
