PHILIPPINES NATIONALITY - DUBAI BASED
We are looking for a creative Architectural Designer with 6–24 MONTHS of experience for villa design, renovation, and concept development.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for villas.
- Prepare space layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Create 3D models, realistic renders, and client presentations.
- Prepare drawings and revise designs based on client feedback.
- Coordinate with engineers, draftsmen, and site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit, and rendering software.
- Strong design sense, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Portfolio showcasing academic or professional design projects.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
