ARCHITECT – DETAILED DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural detailed design experience in using Revit software.
• Proven experience in the detailed design development of high-end multistorey residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design standards, construction detailing, materials and applicable building regulations.

Responsibilities and Technical Capabilities

• Develop architectural designs, detailed working drawings, plans, elevations, sections, construction details and presentations.
• Prepare coordinated architectural models and detailed design documentation using Revit.
• Coordinate architectural designs with Structural, MEP, Infrastructure and other disciplines.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination, clash resolution, constructability reviews and value engineering.
• Prepare material specifications, schedules and related design documentation as required.
• Ensure design accuracy, compliance with applicable building standards and regulations, and timely delivery of design documentation.

Software Skills

• Autodesk Revit – Proficient in architectural modelling and detailed design development.
• AutoCAD.
• Navisworks for BIM coordination.
• MS Office / Excel and other relevant architectural design software.

Project Experience & CV Requirements

• Proven experience in detailed working design development of multistorey residential and commercial buildings, preferably including high-rise and mixed-use developments.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and meet fast-track design programme requirements.
• Candidates must submit a professional portfolio of completed architectural projects along with their CV, demonstrating relevant experience, particularly in the detailed design of high-end multistorey residential and commercial buildings.
• The portfolio shall include representative architectural drawings, construction details, Revit/BIM models, project visuals and a clear description of the candidate’s individual role and contributions.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
