Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled Civil Engineers or Architects with strong experience in Interior Finishes and Fit-Out Works for medium-size interior projects.

The selected candidates will be responsible for contract management, site execution, and coordination between the Client, Consultants, Project Teams, and the Company’s internal departments. This role is strictly for interior projects and not for main building works, roads, or infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out and interior finishing works at project sites.
• Handle medium-size contract management, ensuring smooth coordination with Clients and Consultants.
• Interpret drawings, material specifications, and interior design details accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments for timely execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and safety standards.
• Oversee installation of gypsum works, ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, painting, MEP-related interfaces, and other finish items.
• Ensure materials are approved, delivered, and installed as per project requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site measurements, and work documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Interior Fit-Outs & Finishing Works.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, detailing, joinery, false ceilings, flooring, and finishing standards.
• Proven experience in site coordination, client handling, and consultant interaction.
• Excellent communication skills; English fluency required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to interpret detailed interior drawings with precision.
• Preference for candidates experienced in multinational, multicultural project environments.
