Job Description

Civic Builders is looking for a skilled Architect with experience in fit-out and construction projects to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed layouts.
• Handle fit-out design coordination and construction-related architectural works.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review design drawings, material specifications, and technical submittals.
• Conduct site visits to ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate ceiling layouts, flooring, partitions, joinery, and other interior fit-out works.
• Resolve site-related technical and design coordination issues.
• Ensure quality standards and project schedules are maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in fit-out and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and interior fit-out works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and other design software is an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
