About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect I/II to join a collaborative design team in Sacramento. This role is ideal for a licensed architect who enjoys balancing design, technical coordination, construction documentation, and project leadership.
Working closely with senior architects and project managers, you will help move projects from early design concepts through construction administration while coordinating consultants, technical content, and project deliverables.

- Translate design concepts into coordinated, technically sound project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Perform site visits, building surveys, design meetings, and construction-phase observations.
- Support construction administration, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and contractor coordination.
- Manage technical resolution and coordination across assigned projects.
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and documentation accuracy.
- Provide guidance to architects-in-training and less experienced team members.
- At the Architect II level, lead design discussions, oversee QA/QC, and coordinate finished plans and specifications.
- Participate in business development efforts as appropriate.
What You Bring
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent architectural knowledge and experience.
- Current Architect license/registration.
- 5–8 years of architectural design and project-management experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
