We are looking for an experienced Architect Inspector to join our team for a 1-year construction project .

Position: Architect Inspector

Experience: 7 years of relevant experience

Project Duration: 1 year

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Locations: 6th of October – North Coast – New Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect architectural and finishing works at the construction site.
• Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor workmanship and materials and report any non-conformities.
• Review and follow up on inspection requests and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain relevant site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture .
• 7 years of relevant experience in construction/site inspection.
• Good knowledge of architectural finishing works and construction drawings.
• Experience working on construction sites.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work across project locations as required.
