Architect Intern (Student Internship)

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related fields.
• Must have an internship/practicum course required by the school or university.
• Required to complete a minimum of 300 internship hours.
• Amenable to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Interested in gaining hands-on experience in project administration, documentation, and coordination.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering and Design Team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, records, and files.
• Assist in updating project trackers, schedules, and monitoring sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers regarding documents, requirements, and project updates.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Engineering and Design Team and perform other project-related tasks as assigned.
