Role Description The Architect Manager will lead the architectural planning, design, and coordination of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with Abu Alnaga Development’s standards of quality and integrity. Responsibilities include overseeing concept and detailed architectural designs, reviewing drawings and specifications, and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure cohesive project execution. The role involves managing project timelines, monitoring construction progress for design compliance, and resolving design and integration issues on-site. The Architect Manager will also support design reviews, value engineering, and adherence to local regulations and codes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with proven experience in managing complex building projects.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills, with the ability to coordinate architectural work with structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines.
• Candidates should possess awareness of Software Development and relevant design or BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), enabling effective digital collaboration and documentation.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Dubai or the wider region.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, attention to detail, and capability to supervise and mentor architectural teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
