Architect - Project Mnanagement

Job Summary

We are looking for an Architect – Project Management who can manage architectural projects from concept to execution, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from design development to project completion.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and overall progress.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution matches approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project standards.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain MOM, progress reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, interior, and other consultants.
• Track project quality and ensure timely completion.
• Support client presentations and resolve design/execution-related queries.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
