• Assist in architectural design, planning, and development of building projects.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
• Coordinate architectural works with civil, structural, MEP, and other project teams.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor finishing, interior, façade, flooring, ceiling, doors/windows, and other architectural works.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, material selection, and cost estimation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for technical/design solutions.
• Maintain project drawings, revisions, site records, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project handover documents.
• Ensure architectural works comply with BNBC, building regulations, fire safety, and project standards.
• Participate in project coordination and site meetings. Take an action plan based on this.
• Support renovation, modification, space planning, and facility improvement works.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Civil Head.
