THE ROLE
You'll take luxury multi-residential projects the whole way through, bringing design flair as much as technical rigour. There's mentoring involved too, so this suits someone ready to guide junior team members while still being hands-on themselves.

• $120,000 - $150,000 + Super
• Full run of projects from start to finish, not just a slice of the process
• Genuine design input on luxury multi-residential work
• Mentoring responsibilities as part of the role
• Brisbane CBD studio, working alongside a brilliant, design-driven team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong Revit skills, non-negotiable
• A great design eye and the confidence to back your ideas
• Proven experience running multi-residential projects end to end
• Comfortable mentoring more junior staff
• Luxury or high-end residential experience highly regarded
