Architect -Software Engineer HMI

TAs part of the ongoing development of NEAR‑C S.r.l., we are seeking a Software Designer with solid experience in the Aerospace & Defence sector. The selected professional will join our team of consultants and contribute their expertise across all current and future projects.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of the main Object-Oriented software analysis and design standards (UML, design patterns, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent knowledge of C++.
• Good knowledge of TDD principles and Unit Testing for testing and validation of the developed software (e.g., JUnit, CPPUnit, Spock).
• Strong knowledge of major network protocols.
• Excellent knowledge of Git.
• Good knowledge of Jenkins, configuration management tools, and DevOps practices.
• Strong inclination toward test-driven development, writing unit tests, and producing code that meets quality and performance metrics.
• Experience in developing graphical applications, preferably using Qt (at least 3 years) in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in developing graphical user interfaces with QML.
• Knowledge of major network protocols, multithreading management, and memory optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of major design patterns and Object-Oriented programming principles.

Pay range and compensation package

• Permanent employment contract;
• Gross annual salary: € 40.000 – € 60.000; (related to the specific Role Architect or Developer)
