Architect with Interior knowledge

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with good knowledge of Interior Design to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling architectural and interior design requirements, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that designs are practical, functional, and aesthetically appealing.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

* Prepare interior layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, and joinery details.

* Develop working drawings and construction documentation for architectural and interior works.

* Coordinate architectural and interior design requirements with structural, MEP, and other project teams.

* Assist in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and other interior elements.

* Prepare detailed drawings and design revisions based on client/project requirements.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project/site teams when required.

* Review drawings for accuracy, detailing, and compliance with project requirements.

* Attend site visits and coordinate with site teams for design-related requirements.

* Ensure drawings and project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

* Maintain proper documentation and organization of project drawings and files.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

* Good knowledge of both Architectural Design and Interior Design.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

* Knowledge of Revit/BIM, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop or other relevant software will be an advantage.

* Good understanding of architectural detailing, interior detailing, materials, and construction methods.

* Strong design, visualization, and technical drawing skills.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
