  • Develop architectural details and resolve technical design issues
  • Review drawings for quality, completeness, constructability, and consultant coordination
  • Research and apply applicable building code, accessibility, life-safety, and permitting requirements
  • Manage responses to municipal review comments through resolution
  • Lead client, consultant, and project coordination meetings
  • Direct and review work produced by junior architectural staff and interns while remaining actively involved in project production

You will work directly with firm leadership, clients, engineers, consultants, permitting agencies, and construction teams and will have the opportunity to lead projects while remaining actively involved in architecture and technical work.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a key project leader within the firm and take real ownership of the projects they manage.

  • Working knowledge of building codes, accessibility, life-safety, and permitting requirements
  • Experience communicating directly with clients, consultants, and permitting agencies
