Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of architecture designs, configurations, and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) implementation using ServiceNow tools.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on ServiceNow architecture.
- Strong understanding of integrated risk management (ILM) principles and their application in an enterprise environment.
- Proven track record as a lead or principal consultant in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
