Architect/civil technical manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical manager to join our building contracting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for :

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support to project managers and site teams to ensure construction activities align with project requirements.
• Assist in solving technical challenges that arise during construction.
• Coordinate with draftsman, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to get materials and shop drawing approvals.
• Support procurement teams by identifying technical requirements for materials .
• Follow up to submit as-built drawings during the handover phase of the project.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/arch Engineering .

Minimum 15 years of experience as a Technical Engineer in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
