About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architectural 3D Visualizer with 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, and Photoshop, with the ability to create realistic and high-quality architectural 3D models and renders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D architectural models on sketchup based on 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and design concepts.
• Develop high-quality exterior and interior 3D visualizations.
• Prepare realistic architectural renders using Lumion, Enscape, and/or V-Ray.
• Create accurate and visually appealing 3D drawings and presentations.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, furniture, and other architectural elements.
• Post-process and enhance renders using Adobe Photoshop.
• Coordinate with architects and interior designers to understand design requirements and make revisions.
• Convert design concepts and reference images into realistic 3D visualizations.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple projects.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines.

• Enscape – Good proficiency

• Adobe Photoshop – Good proficiency
• Architectural 3D modeling and visualization
• Understanding of architectural plans, elevations, and sections
• Good knowledge of materials, lighting, textures, and composition

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural visualization, 3D design, interior design, or related fields.
• Candidates should have a strong portfolio of completed architectural 3D projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is an advantage.
• Experience with residential and commercial architectural projects.
• Good understanding of architectural design and construction details.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with architects and designers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
