What they need
· Assist in the preparation of Architectural drawings. Plans, elevations, sections, etc. using CAD software and other design tools whether in-house or design management.
· Perform research on applicable building codes, zoning regulations, material specifications, and sustainable design practices in accordance with Philippine standards.
· Prepare and organize construction documents, technical specifications, and project reports.
· Produce 3D models and architectural renderings to aid in client visualization.
· Participate in site inspections, technical discussions, and design coordination with project teams from concept to execution.
· Carry out additional administrative and technical duties as delegated, in support of the architectural team.
