We are looking for passionate and motivated Architectural Assistants to support the delivery of exciting projects across all stages, from design development to project completion. What You'll Do

Support design development, project coordination, and contract administration.

Prepare authority submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Attend project meetings, site meetings, and inspections.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and assist in achieving project milestones.

Apply BIM methodologies and contribute to project documentation and drawing production.

Work closely with the project team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.

2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Familiarity with BIM workflows and Singapore building regulations.

Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Registration with the Board of Architects Singapore is an advantage.
